Yes — bring your own everything. There is no in-house catering requirement and no preferred-vendor list. The pantry gives your team a quartz prep counter, a deep sink and cabinetry, plus a pass-through window into the hall.

Yes — tables and chairs for up to 80 guests come with the room, and you lay them out however you like. What’s optional on top is the dressing: linen packages, chair covers and table runners, plus event setup and cleanup service if you’d rather not handle them yourself.

Setup time sits on top of your booked hours, and we agree the window with you when you book. If your caterer or your crew needs longer, say so when you enquire and we’ll try to arrange it. Load-in is through a private rear service door, and entry is step-free from the street.

Music needs to come down after midnight. The venue sits on a residential brownstone block, so keeping the volume low into the early hours is what lets us keep hosting late events at all.

Free street parking is available on the surrounding blocks, and the corner is well served by rideshare. Guests arriving at peak times should allow a few extra minutes to find a spot.

Entry is at street level with no stairs, no elevator and no threshold to cross, and the hall, pantry and restroom are all on one floor. If you have a guest with specific access needs, tell us when you enquire and we’ll walk you through the exact measurements.
